AEMHY supplies anode and cathode catalysts in two forms: powder catalysts and self-supported electrodes (integrated electrodes) for anion exchange membrane water electrolysis (AEMWE). Powder catalysts deliver low overpotential, high conductivity and excellent electrochemical performance. Integrated electrodes grow the catalytic layer directly on nickel foam, nickel felt, microporous nickel foam or composite nickel felt, and can be assembled directly into membrane electrode assemblies and electrolyzer stacks.
Product Types
Powder catalysts: NiFe series for the anode, Ni series and Ru/C series (5% noble metal loading) for the cathode, suitable for catalyst ink formulation and CCM or CCS fabrication.
Integrated electrodes: NiFe/NF anode and Ni/NF cathode with the catalytic layer grown in situ on the nickel substrate, binder-free and suited to high current density and long-term operation.
