From August 5 to 8, 2026, the 2026 International Hydrogen Energy Innovation Pioneer Competition was successfully held in Changzhou, Jiangsu, bringing together hydrogen energy experts, entrepreneurs, innovators, and industry partners from China and abroad to exchange ideas on hydrogen technology development and industrial applications.
As an award-winning hydrogen energy enterprise, Changzhou AEMHY Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. participated in this international hydrogen innovation event as a previous award recipient. In 2025, AEMHY received the International Hydrogen Rising Star Award at the International Hydroge Energy Innovation Pioneer Competition, recognizing the company’s innovation achievements in hydrogen energy technology development.

During the 2026 event, representatives and industry partners visited Changzhou AEMHY Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Lemeng Pressure Vessel to explore hydrogen technology innovation and industrialization practices.

Led by CEO Feng Liu, AEMHY introduced its latest developments in Anion Exchange Membrane (AEM) water electrolysis technology, covering key materials, catalysts, membrane electrode assemblies (MEA), large-area electrodes, and integrated hydrogen production solutions.
During the technical exchange, AEMHY demonstrated its large-area electrode products, including 1 m × 0.5 m anode and cathode samples. The company has established the manufacturing capability for 1 m × 1 m large-area anodes and cathodes, supporting customers in the development of single-stack 5 MW AEM electrolyzer systems.

The displayed technologies received strong recognition from visiting experts and hydrogen industry partners. Several participants expressed interest in further technical discussions and potential cooperation opportunities in AEM materials, electrolyzer development, and hydrogen application projects.
During the Lakefront Hydrogen Energy Salon hosted by Changzhou Xinbei District, hydrogen energy experts shared global perspectives on the development of the hydrogen industry. Dr. Xue Wang, Deputy Director of the National Hydrogen Energy Center, delivered insights into global hydrogen trends and industrial opportunities.

CEO Albert Liu delivered a keynote speech titled “Progress and Future Perspectives of AEM Water Electrolysis Technology,” highlighting the potential of AEM technology in reducing hydrogen production costs, improving system flexibility, and supporting large-scale green hydrogen deployment.

The hydrogen industry is entering a new stage where innovation in materials, manufacturing capabilities, and system integration will determine future competitiveness.
As a technology-driven company focusing on AEM water electrolysis, Changzhou AEMHY Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. will continue to develop advanced hydrogen production solutions and cooperate with global partners to accelerate the commercialization of reliable, cost-effective, and scalable green hydrogen technologies.
